Down at the bottom of the garden is where Lamorna Elmer and I have been experimenting in clay. Every Friday we could find since August between kids and work, we sculpted and painted and made plenty mistakes until our collaborative pottery platters were born.
As a painter (me) and a potter (her) we both learnt so much from a toe dipped into the others world. We’ve not had time to take very glam photos so here’s a little taster from behind the scenes instead. Each platter is unique and (aside from those already sold at my recent markets) a few can now be found here.
