Interior styling

Having worked creatively for over a decade, providing art direction to interiors brands like Habitat, Sofa.com, Graham & Green, styling photoshoots, creating collections of homewares and renovating my own London home, I am often asked for interior design advice. I am now extending my creative consultancy to individuals seeking decorative ideas for their homes. I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to devising schemes that suit the story of a space and its inhabitants.

This service can be as little as a half-day conversation, up to a full interior refresh (with options in between). After the builders are gone,* I'll help you complete your space. This includes devising colour palettes, selecting fabrics, furnishings, vintage pieces and artwork ~ all the visual elements that bring atmosphere and character to an interior, making it feel like home.

Creative consultations

I. MEETING

My initial consultation is an hour or two spent discussing your space and your lifestyle, unearthing your tastes and requirements. (Or discussing your project needs as a brand). After our meeting I will send an initial outline of timings, costs and options for your project. At this stage you can choose one or both of the following services, but there is no obligation to do so.

II. THE DESIGN KIT

I provide design direction in the form of colour palettes, swatches, mood boards and detailed recommendations to help you create the beautiful space you wish for. This includes opportunities to discuss and feedback to refine ideas. You can then choose to decorate the space yourself, or go for option three. (For brands the kit will be your creative guidelines or photoshoot plans).

III. COMPLETION

For those who love the plans but simply don't have the time or desire to complete the project, I can manage the realisation of the decorative scheme for you. This service includes sourcing paints, fabrics, papers, furniture, art and accessories as agreed. I'll also brief your decorators, carpenters, upholsterers and curtain-makers as required ~ leaving you to enjoy a beautifully finished home!

(For brands stage three includes directing photoshoots, designing materials, commissioning and managing other creatives as necessary to complete your project.)

Details & travel

*My styling service is aesthetic only. For structural alterations you may require an architect, project manager and team of tradespeople. My focus is finding the colours, furnishings and artwork to finish your home and my service covers these visual and decorative elements only.

**If you are over 2 hours from London or Bristol, additional travel time and accommodation fees may apply. Quotes are based on my time and exclude the costs of furniture, paint, fabrics, papers, art and accessories used, all of which will be discussed carefully during stage two of your project.
